Daniel Hernandez is chief management officer of Dan & Camp Consulting, with responsibilities for the company’s capabilities in Customer Relationship, Management, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Business Technology.

He comes from a strong management background combined with fluency in Spanish. From 2006 until his transition to Dan & Camp Consulting in 2013, Mr. Hernandez was Vice President of The School Yard Store Inc., which serves as both the private and public school uniform supplier in San Antonio. He worked with various schools and organizations to serve the community and successfully negotiated contracts for School
Yard.

Mr. Hernandez co-founded Dan & Camp Consulting and holds a B.B.A. at The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, with a specialty in management.

Jose Ramon

Jose Ramon is Dan & Camp Consulting’s chief strategy officer. He is responsible for leading and implementing growth and strategy plans for clients and overseeing all aspects of the company’s strategy. In this role, Mr. Campos also has management responsibility for Dan & Camp’s financial analysis, research, and investments. In addition, he manages the business relationship with many of Dan & Camp’s clients.

Before Dan & Camp, Mr. Campos served on the boards of multiple organizations, leading fundraising as well as recruitment efforts and establishing efficient and effective organizational structure.

Mr. Campos co-founded Dan & Camp Consulting after returning to the U.S. from a year of work with the French Government in the education sector in France. He is fluent in both Spanish and French and holds two degrees in economics with financial applications and political science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Lourdes Campos

Lourdes Campos is CEO and Broker at America Realty, positions she has held effectively for the past seven years. She is responsible for leading and implementing real estate plans for clients and overseeing all aspects of the company’s negotiating strategy. In this role, Mrs. Campos also manages properties, listings, and helps
clients through property buying and selling.

Originally from Mexico, she fell in love with the city of San Antonio and its people and decided this would be the perfect place to raise her 4 children. She moved 20+ years ago along with her husband and extended family. She believes in investing time and resources in her community as well.

On her limited personal time, Mrs. Campos enjoys giving back to the community and has done so by serving on the boards of multiple organizations, leading fundraising as well as recruitment efforts, establishing efficient and effective organizational structure. An avid board member, volunteer, and speaker for many organization, she strives to improve the lives of people and animals alike through her work and commitment to others.
